Christina Lucy offers a variety of Fitness Classes:

- Stretch & Ab Lab Class - This class is focused on basic stretching and core strengthening for women of all levels. Face it...yoga isn't for everyone! But maintaining a level of flexibility throughout life is! The main focus in this class is on both flexibility throughout the body and devoloping more core strength. Stretching is an important tool in managing muscle imbalances, injury prevention and improving flexibility.

Classes are held outdoors in the fresh air! Just bring your mat and you are ready!
