What is a Healthy Cooking Class?
A Healthy Cooking Class is your opportunity to learn how to utilize key ingredients and make fast, simple and delicious meals with optimum health benefits. You will learn a healthier way of cooking that's enjoyable, affordable, quick and easy to fit into your active lifestyle.
* Classes are offered in Orange County, CA
* Space is limited to eight students
* Classes are taught by Fitness Chef, Christina Lucy
* Fee for the healthy cooking class is $30.00 per person
* You will be able to eat the meals prepared during class
* You will receive recipes and a grocery shopping list for meals prepared
You will learn simple tricks to cut the fat in your meal preparation without sacrificing flavor. You will learn easy to follow step-by-step healthy cooking techniques that you can use at home. Come with a friend or simply enjoy the company of like-minded individuals in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
You will add new, exciting recipes to your cooking repertoire. By learning to prepare more health-supportive foods, you and your family will be eating more healthfully. Increased energy and fat-loss is often a by product of a healthier diet.
